Increasing Access to Care at Neighborhood Health’s Mark Center Clinic
Medical Care
Thanks to a grant from the Virginia Health Care Foundation (VHCF), Neighborhood Health has expanded access to primary care at our Mark Center clinic in the City of Alexandria’s Del Pepper Community Resource Center.
Dr. Camilla Maybee attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. After college she provided logistical support for the Army’s medical services, including being deployed to Iraq for a year.
After leaving the Army, Dr. Maybee attended The George Washington University School of Medicine as a National Health Service Corps Scholar. She completed a residency in Family Medicine, that included a Community Medicine rotation at Neighborhood Health.
Dr. Maybee provides primary care to children and adults, including women’s health care and services for City of Alexandria Community Service Board (CSB) clients. CSBs are the single points of entry into publicly funded mental health, developmental, and substance abuse services in Virginia.

Pediatric Dentistry
Neighborhood Health has added a Pediatric Dentist who is providing services three days a week at our Mark Center Dental Clinic. With the addition of Dr. Constanza Mondragon, we are able to offer nitrous sedation to children with complex needs and treatment anxiety.
Dr. Mondragon received her training in dentistry at Universidad de Bosque in Bogota, Columbia. She later completed a DMD in the International Dental Graduate Program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida where she went on to complete a Postdoctoral Pediatric Dentistry Program. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
