Behavioral health is a critical component of overall health. Neighborhood Health has integrated behavioral health into its primary care practices.
Our services include:
- Brief interventions and consultations during medical appointments
- Annual depression and substance use screenings
- Pediatric and adolescent behavioral health
- Early intervention care including parenting support
- Collaboration with school based and community mental health providers
- Brief outpatient counseling services to address common needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, adjustment disorders, family reunification and childhood behavioral issues
- Linkage to community resources for food, clothing, and other social service needs
Neighborhood Health has a pharmacy assistance program to help its patients with high copays or without health insurance obtain low cost medications.
Our program covers both generic and brand name medications and includes a wide range of medications including chronic disease medications, antibiotics, insulins, inhalers, and diabetes testing supplies.
