Bijal Patel

Bijal Patel, PharmD, MBA is the Director of Pharmacy at Neighborhood Health. In her role, she works closely with pharmacy teams, providers, and organizational leaders to support pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, 340B and contract pharmacy programs, and initiatives that help patients access affordable medications.

With more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, Dr. Patel has worked in a variety of community, specialty, and ambulatory care settings. Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving pharmacy services, supporting healthcare teams, and helping patients navigate barriers to care.

Dr. Patel is passionate about expanding access to safe, effective, and affordable medications. She believes pharmacy plays an important role in collaborative, patient-centered care and enjoys working with interdisciplinary teams to develop programs that improve health outcomes and support community needs.

She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Temple University and her Master of Business Administration from Capella University. Her professional interests include pharmacy operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, 340B programs, workforce development, and expanding access to care.

Dr. Patel is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and values lifelong learning, collaboration, and mentorship. She is dedicated to supporting the growth of future pharmacy professionals while continuing to advance pharmacy services that benefit patients and communities.
