Low-income communities of color have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic—both in terms of the prevalence of the virus in these communities, and the economic challenges it has created. These are the communities Neighborhood Health serves.
Our pandemic response started with our own patients and then extended deeper into local communities. The partnerships we developed and strengthened throughout the year were pivotal in helping us mobilize, communicate, and ultimately reach those most in need.
