Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the need to protect staff and patients, we have made the following changes. If you have any questions, please call (703) 535-5568.

COVID-19 Vaccinations: At this time, Covid-19 vaccines are only available for existing Neighborhood Health patients.  Please click HERE for more information

Telemedicine: Many of our visits are being conducted by phone or video. Please call us at (703) 535-5568 to make an appointment.

COVID-19 Evaluation: We are providing telemedicine evaluations for existing and new patients with COVID-19 symptoms by appointment only. Please call us to make an appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.

COVID-19 Testing: At this time, testing is only available for existing patients by appointment only. Please call to request an appointment. If you are interested in becoming a Neighborhood Health patient, please call to enquire. There are no out of pocket costs for COVID testing regardless of whether or not you have health insurance.

New Patients: We continue to accept new patients by appointment only. Please call us if you need an appointment. Due to limited dental care capacity, we are temporarily only accepting patients who receive their medical services at Neighborhood Health for dental care.

Walk-In Visits: At this time, we are unable to accept walk-in visits. Please call us to schedule an appointment instead.

Clinic Procedures: We are taking precautions to keep patients and staff safe. We conduct a temperature check and symptoms screen for everyone entering our offices. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Mask use and social distancing are required at all times. If you have a clinic appointment, please come alone or bring only one other person.

Support Services: Eligibility, Medicaid enrollment, and case management are being provided by phone.

Open Clinics: All our sites are open except our dental clinic in Arlington. We are serving patients at other sites or through telemedicine.
