COVID-19 Vaccinations: COVID-19 Vaccinations – including boosters are available to patients and community members at our medical clinics. Please click HERE for more information
Telemedicine: Some visits may be conducted by phone or video. Please call us at (703) 535-5568 to make an appointment.
COVID-19 Evaluation: We are providing telemedicine evaluations for existing and new patients with COVID-19 symptoms by appointment only. Please call us to make an appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.
COVID-19 Testing: At this time, testing is only available for existing patients by appointment only. Please call to request an appointment. If you are interested in becoming a Neighborhood Health patient, please call to enquire. There are no out of pocket costs for COVID testing regardless of whether or not you have health insurance.
New Patients: We continue to accept new patients by appointment only. Please call us if you need an appointment. Due to limited dental care capacity, we are temporarily only accepting patients who receive their medical services at Neighborhood Health.
Walk-In Visits: At this time, we are unable to accept walk-in visits. Please call us to schedule an appointment instead.
Clinic Procedures: We are taking precautions to keep patients and staff safe. Masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn at all times. We conduct a symptoms screen at check-in. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you have a clinic appointment, please come alone or bring only one other person.
Support Services: Eligibility, Medicaid enrollment, and case management can be provided by phone or in-person.
Open Clinics: All our sites are open except our dental clinic in Arlington. We are serving patients at other sites or through telemedicine.
